Clarity session
Our first session together. We review your intake, set intentions, and map out your customized coaching plan. This is where we create direction, identify what you want to shift, and establish the foundation for your journey.
Step 3
On-going Coaching & Integration
This is where the transformation happens. Through your scheduled sessions, rituals, journal prompts, and guided practices, we work together to support your growth, healing, and alignment. You’ll receive continued guidance as you integrate each step into your daily life.
