Cancellation Policy

🌿 **Coaching Session & Subscription Policy** **Monthly Sessions Included** You may choose between: **1 session per month — 60 minutes** **2 sessions per month — 30 minutes each** Your included sessions reset every month as long as your subscription remains active. **Extra Sessions** If you need an additional session during any month, you may purchase one for **$100**. Extra sessions must be used within the same billing month and do not roll over. 🌙 **Commitment Periods & Early Cancellation** Your long‑term coaching packages include discounted pricing in exchange for a committed timeline. If you cancel **before** completing your commitment, the remaining months owed are: - **3‑Month Package: ** Early cancellation → **1 month owed** - **6‑Month Package: ** Early cancellation → **2 months owed** - **12‑Month Package: ** Early cancellation → **3 months owed** *These owed months are charged at your current monthly rate. 🌙 **Rescheduling, Missed Sessions & Late Fees** - Sessions may be **rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice**. - Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered used for that month. - Missed sessions do not roll over to the next month. **If you miss your scheduled session: ** You may request to be added back to the schedule for a **$50 reinstatement fee**, as long as the rescheduled session occurs **before the end of your current monthly cycle**.
