Cancellation Policy

✨ **30‑Minute virtual Clarity Call Policy** This 30‑minute call is an optional add‑on designed to support and deepen the reading you’ve already received from me. Please review the following policies before booking: **• Eligibility** This call can only be purchased if you have received a reading from me within the last **30 days**. Only readings completed **by me** qualify for this add‑on. You can only discuss one reading per clarity call. **• Purpose of the Call** This session is for: – clarifying your reading – asking follow‑up questions – receiving guidance on how to integrate the messages – exploring next steps or deeper insight This call does *not* include a new reading or additional card pulls. **• Booking Window** You must schedule your call **within 30 days** of purchasing your original reading. After 30 days, the add‑on expires and cannot be redeemed or refunded. **• Rescheduling Policy** You may reschedule your call **at least 24 hours before** your appointment time. If you attempt to reschedule within 24 hours, the session will be marked as a **late cancellation** and will not be refunded or rescheduled. **• No‑Show Policy** If you do not attend your scheduled call, the session is considered a **no‑show** and is non‑refundable. **• Refunds** All purchases are **final**. Refunds are not available for: – missed appointments – late cancellations – unused sessions • Additional Sessions If you need more time or deeper support, you can add on time or additional 30‑minute sessions may be purchased separately.
