Cancellation Policy

🌿 **House Cleansing Policy ** **All Sales Are Final** This service is non‑refundable. Once your appointment is booked and paid, all sales are final, including cancellations, rescheduling, and missed appointments. **Safety & Environment Policy** Your home must be safe, accessible, and energetically appropriate for the cleansing. If I arrive and the environment feels **unsafe, hostile, unstable, or otherwise inappropriate** for the work, I reserve the right to end the session immediately. In these cases, **no refund will be issued**, as time, travel, and energetic preparation have already been invested. **On‑Site No‑Show Policy** If I arrive at your home and you are not present, do not answer the door, or are unavailable for the session, the appointment is considered an on‑site no‑show. All payments remain non‑refundable, and an additional **$35 on‑site no‑show fee** may be charged to cover travel time and energy preparation. **Client Responsibility** Please ensure that: - You are home and ready at the scheduled time - The space is safe to enter - Pets are secured - No aggressive individuals are present - The environment is calm enough for spiritual work These boundaries protect both of us and ensure the cleansing is effective and aligned.
