Your personalized tarot reading will be delivered as a PDF to your email within 3-5 days of purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it by then. The email will be Livingwclarity@gmail.com

🌿 What’s Included

Each digital tarot reading includes:

• A custom tarot spread pulled specifically for your question or intention

• A written interpretation of each card

• Intuitive messages and energetic insights

• A photo of your card spread

• A beautifully formatted PDF (2–5 pages depending on the reading type)

🔮 What I Need from You

To complete your reading, please fill out the form that will be sent to your email that you used for purchase:

• Your question, intention, or area of focus

• Any context you feel comfortable sharing

• Your email address for delivery

• your birthdate for deeper energetic alignment

Readings begin only after all required information is submitted.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because tarot readings and energy work are personalized, time‑based, and energetic services, all purchases are final. Once a session is booked or a reading is delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.

This includes:

• live sessions

• Pre‑recorded or PDF tarot readings

• Energy healing sessions

• Intuitive guidance sessions

• Ritual or energetic consultations

• Reading pdf will be saved for 14 days after original send

• If you are within that 14-day threshold and need your reading sent again contact me with your first and last name, email and birthdate that matched the reading. I will send it to you ONCE.

2. Rescheduling Policy (For energy work)

I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule:

• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

If I need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available appointment time.

3. Missed or Late Appointments

If you do not show up for your scheduled session:

• The session is marked as a no‑show

• No refund or reschedule will be provided

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

4. Digital Tarot Readings (PDF or Recorded)

For readings delivered digitally:

• Delivery timelines are listed at checkout

• Once the reading has been started or delivered, it is non‑refundable

• If you made a mistake at checkout (wrong question, wrong name, etc.), email me within 1 hour so I can correct it before beginning your reading. EMAIL: livingwclarity@gmail.com

5. Satisfaction & Ethical Boundaries

Tarot and energy work are intuitive, spiritual tools meant for clarity and empowerment. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or results.

If you feel something in your reading was unclear, you may purchase

• A 30-minute clarification session

• sessions must be purchased within a month of getting your reading

  (Clarification does not mean a new reading or additional questions.)

6. Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to decline a reading or session if:

• The request violates my ethical guidelines

• The energy feels unsafe or inappropriate

• The service requested is outside my scope

If I decline before beginning the service, you will receive a full refund.

7. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Guarantees

My services do not replace:

• Medical care

• Mental health treatment

• Legal advice

• Financial planning

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes or decisions made after the session.
